Wise Recruitment History
Wise Recruitment was started as a low overhead, virtual single recruiter / consultant model by Rob Wise September 2007.
It was his way to wind back the demands and pressures of a senior management corporate career while leveraging his industry knowledge and contacts.
Wise set about developing a knowledge base including process templates, branding, affiliations, contacts, networks and systems to assist him run his new Recruitment enterprise.
The model grew, at first via Wise’s close associates who recognised the advantages of his virtually based business and the rewards both financial and Work / Life balance that it offered.
Each new team member comes into Wise with the promise that here there are no deadlines imposed by the Wise group, no KPIs, a few candidate / client care rules only and NO PERFORMANCE PRESSURE beyond what we call the bare signs of life that you are trading and responsive to client and candidate contacts.
This opportunity however delivers a financial reward AND a work /life balance which is managed to your requirement. Turn up the income knob and work harder, turn it down to enjoy more leisure time and less income. It is entirely your decision.
To assist develop the brand, Wise decided on the minimum hurdle as possible for entry into the group. If you fit the criteria to become a Wise recruiter we are keen to simply welcome you into our ranks in the knowledge that a growing market presence will bring for the entire group the rewards of size. Wise therefore does not charge an entry fee, rather we look to a % of fees charged by you, if and when you charge a fee, as a payment to join and continue to enjoy the groups resources.
Over time the virtual resources have been continuously developed and improved to satisfy both the demands of the broadening industries that the team now recruit into.
We have in that time learned a lot about what profile of person makes an ideal Wise Recruiter, and the sort of resources they will need to succeed.
